Our Most Popular Package Designed for clients who want a beautifully coordinated wedding, anniversary, fundraiser banquet, or holiday party with trusted local professionals handling the details. Everything in the Maple Package PLUS: Full event planning assistance Customized event design consultation Personalized Vendor Selection – We'll help you select and schedule the perfect meal, floral arrangements, photographer, and entertainment from our trusted network of local professionals, ensuring every detail reflects your unique style. Caterer, florist, photographer, and entertainment is included Chairs, tables, and a selection of linens are provided for up to 200 guests. Accommodations for additional attendees are welcome and may be accommodated for an additional charge. DJ or live entertainment coordination Décor Consultation – We'll provide ideas, inspiration, and recommendations for your event décor. Décor rentals and purchases are not included. RSVP and guest planning assistance Virtual monthly planning meetings to fine-tune every event detail, answer questions, and ensure the event is exactly as you envision it. Complete celebration day management (up to 10 hours) Flexible payment options Perfect for: Clients who want a personalized celebration without the stress of coordinating every vendor themselves.


Cancellation Policy

At Moss & Maple Farm & Venues, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and the planning partners who reserve their time and services specifically for your event. Cancellation by the Client 60 Days or More Before the Event: Clients may cancel their event 60 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled event date and receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 59 days or less before the scheduled event are non-refundable, as planning, scheduling, and vendor commitments have already been finalized. Rescheduling If your event must be postponed, Moss & Maple Farm & Venues will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date based on availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Any price differences due to seasonal rates, package changes, or vendor pricing may apply. Flexible Payment Plans If your event is financed through one of our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment partners or another financing option, approved refunds will be processed according to the financing provider's policies and timeline. Any remaining financing obligations are subject to the terms of your agreement with the financing company. Force Majeure If an event cannot be held due to circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control—including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or other emergencies—Moss & Maple Farm & Venues will work with the client in good faith to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis after any non-recoverable expenses have been deducted. Cancellation by Moss & Maple Farm & Venues In the unlikely event that Moss & Maple Farm & Venues must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our contractual obligations, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to Moss & Maple Farm & Venues. This refund constitutes the maximum liability of Moss & Maple Farm & Venues. Written Notice Required All cancellations and requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing via email to rebeccawest@mossandmaplefarm.com. A cancellation is considered effective on the date written notice is received.
