Rooted & Renewed is a weekly wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and invest in your overall well-being. Held every Monday at 5:15 p.m., each session combines 30 minutes of gentle yoga, guided meditation, and our signature "Becoming the Authentic You" journaling experience. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Moss & Maple Farm, this class provides a welcoming space to reduce stress, improve flexibility, quiet the mind, and reflect with purpose. Whether you're beginning your wellness journey or simply seeking a consistent time to recharge, Rooted & Renewed offers a supportive community where you can breathe deeply, grow intentionally, and leave each week feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed.
