Cancellation Policy

Crafted Connection Cancellation Policy At Moss & Maple Farm, each Crafted Connection class is thoughtfully planned with limited seating and materials purchased specifically for each participant. Because of this, we ask that all cancellations follow the policy below. Single Class Registrations Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled class will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class are non-refundable, as supplies have already been purchased and your space has been reserved. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying Moss & Maple Farm at least 24 hours before the class. Monthly Membership Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to RebeccaWest@MossandMapleFarm.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable. Your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Missed Classes Classes missed due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or other circumstances are not eligible for refunds or credits. Members are welcome to contact us to see if space is available in a future class, but transfers are not guaranteed. Class Changes or Cancellation by Moss & Maple Farm Moss & Maple Farm reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to severe weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If a class is canceled by Moss & Maple Farm, participants may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future class. Thank you for understanding that our classes are intentionally small to provide a personalized, high-quality creative experience. Your cooperation helps us prepare meaningful workshops and ensure every participant has everything needed to enjoy their time at Moss & Maple Farm.
