Rooted & Renewed is a weekly wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and invest in your overall well-being. Held every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., each session combines 40 minutes of gentle yoga, 10 minutes of guided meditation, and our signature "Becoming the Authentic You" journaling experience.

Cancellation Policy
Rooted & Renewed Yoga Class Booking Policy We’re excited to welcome you to Rooted & Renewed at Moss & Maple Farm, LLC,an outdoor wellness experience designed to help you move, breathe, reflect, and reconnect. Class Fee & Registration The cost to attend Rooted & Renewed is $18 per person, per class. There is no membership or long-term commitment required. Advance registration is encouraged, as space may be limited. Your registration is confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations & Refunds We understand that plans sometimes change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Registration fees may not be transferred to another participant without prior approval from Moss & Maple Farm. Weather & Class Rescheduling Rooted & Renewed is an outdoor class, and the safety and comfort of our participants and instructor are important to us. Moss & Maple Farm, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to rain, storms, excessive heat, unsafe conditions, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If Moss & Maple Farm cancels or reschedules a class, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Participants will be given the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled class or receive a full refund. What to Bring Participants should arrive prepared for an outdoor yoga experience. Please bring: Your own yoga mat Water A towel Comfortable clothing appropriate for yoga and the weather Sunscreen or insect repellent, if desired Arrival Please plan to arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before class to allow time to park, check in, set up your yoga mat, and get comfortable before the session begins. Late arrivals may be asked to enter the class quietly to avoid disrupting other participants. Outdoor Class Conditions Because classes are held outdoors on a working farm, participants should expect natural outdoor conditions, including uneven ground, insects, changing temperatures, animals, pollen, and other elements associated with an outdoor farm setting. Health & Participation Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in yoga, meditation, stretching, and other class activities.
